Thanks for visiting my blog. Here I decided to share some thoughts on living with anxiety. It is not easy! I have been an anxious person most of my life, including childhood. I have struggled with obsessive-compulsive disorder and generalized anxiety. These problems run in my family.
I'm not sure what I want to accomplish with this blog. Maybe it will be just cathartic for me. Maybe somebody else will relate to my struggles, and we'll start a dialogue. We'll see where it goes. Just writing this blog makes me feel anxious, but learning to tolerate and live through these feelings is part of the process of freeing oneself from fear.
I'm emphasizing living in this blog's title. I am not letting anxiety shut me down. No matter how difficult life is, I'm not going to let it win. Being hopeful is an important part of the healing process.

I had anxiety before, but I got a lot better now, thanks to www.medsheaven.com I HIGHLY recommend ordering from them, they have a section on their website for anxiety pills and the best part there is no prescription required!!! uc
Hi. I have my own blog about anxiety, and I'm not here to advertise, but I just want to remind that you're never alone (not in a creepy way). There are always people out here who will support you no matter what :)
I really like the flashcard idea. I've always had "issues" growing up. I felt things more than my friends and I lived in long periods of depression or anxiety, not even knowing what was really happening. Over the last three years, I've become more aware of my emotions, why I feel them, and how to cope. I've been going months feeling great until two weeks ago. The stomach bug took over our house and my husband has been traveling again so it's just me and the kids... One morning I woke with that terrible racy feeling and I went right back to the "why me" thoughts and "will this ever go away" feeling. So today, I'm taking charge. I'm going back to my coping strategies - self comfort talk, motivational words, and action. I'm going to make some flashcard too. Thank you for your blog. Sincerely, Angela
